Now the real situations for the new graduates who pass the NLE or not are automatically we need to volunteer in the on the various medical fields because this is the only choice to enhance our knowledge in a assessments skill, giving intervention, in leadership, and to explore the real talent in communication to the patients and relatives to give some health teachings.

How we should to be qualifying in our desired nursing jobs here in our country? The following requirements must be first known
• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• Must have current CPR.
• Official transcript of records
• Current resume
• Two clinical faculty references
• Background check form
• Employer reference
• License or certification that you passed the Nursing Licensure Examination.

The said requirements above we have been taken its all in our hands but the job is nothing. The new grad nurses are not a real nurse we need to attend a job in a medical setting to enhance our knowledge and skills. And this nursing job will help us to be an independent and successful nurse someday. Experience is the best teacher in our professions.
