Have a four year degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing and passing on the Nursing Licensure Examination what we should next? A lot of registered nurse job is everywhere and sad of it were not qualified on it because we are only a beginner. Most of the hospitals required a competitive registered nurse with clinical experience that’s the reason why most of us a beginner need to be a volunteer on a different field of health. Some are paying a thousands and this is the only way to have a certificate and exposure to the hospitals.

According to my clinical instructor we need to start in a lower level, he is right because were only a beginner right? Means don’t give up all we need to do is to have a lot of dedication and sacrifices. Additionally we need to attend a seminar and health programs to expose are knowledge and skills in terms of giving care to our patient or client. This program helps us to extract our mind to give some health teaching to other not only to the patients but also to any kind of clients.

Registered nurse job can found everywhere but how we should to comply on their standard? But we need to apply on the pre-hospital area like Rescue Team on your area, at the Red Cross, Health Center /Rural Health Center or Community Base, or you can be Private Nurse, Company Nurse Etc.

Rescue Team
In rescue team this can develop your ability to be sharp-minded, alert and active to save from danger of the casualties in your area. This field is your stepping stone in the field of Emergency Room Nurse.

Red Cross
It aims is to have a strong leadership and leadership helps us to guide our juniors and clients in a various situations.

Health Center /Rural Health Center or Community Base
On this field you master how to deal in your community problems in terms of their health especially to those pregnant women and sick child.

Private Nurse and Company Nurse Etc
You can develop your ability to focus on what are the needs of your clients so means you can find ways to intervene their problems.
